About the studio
I'm Adam Chew — a photographer and videographer based in Penang, Malaysia. Since 2012 I've worked with the city's hotels, restaurants, manufacturers, cultural institutions, and infrastructure operators — turning each one's story into work that earns its place on the wall, the menu, the pitch deck, or the brochure.
Cooking and photography are personal passions, which is why food and menu photography for F&B has been part of the studio's bread and butter for years. More recently the work has gone vertical: my CAAM-certified drone team flies major Malaysian infrastructure projects — power plants, transmission lines, the RM500M TNB Monopole Towers along the Penang Bridge corridor — alongside the hospitality and brand work the studio is known for.
The studio now runs two lanes under one roof. I lead cinematic, corporate and infrastructure work. Our second-generation team, Yuy Production, handles social, KOL and brand-event content. One booking, full coverage. If it's worth filming, it's worth filming well.
